Who is Confidante
Confidante Property Management (CPM) was born from a deeply personal experience.
Founders Steven and Chloé Vargas were married at The Confidante Hotel in Miami, a place that symbolizes trust, partnership, and meaningful beginnings. When they purchased their first investment properties in the midst of the pandemic, they quickly realized how difficult it was to find a property management company they could truly trust with their assets.
So they built the company they wished existed.
CPM was created to deliver hands-on care, clear communication, and thoughtful stewardship of every home and investment.
